Supporting your people when they need it
Professional counselling for adult employees, with direct access to NDT Counselling and flexible funding options for employers.
A free start for every employee
Every employee begins with a free 15–30 minute assessment.
Where counselling is suitable and they choose to continue, their first two 50-minute counselling sessions are also free.
A practical investment in your people
Providing access to professional counselling is a practical way to invest in employee wellbeing and demonstrate that your organisation values its people.
NDT keeps the route into counselling straightforward. Employees contact us directly, so managers do not need to assess individual need or become involved in the counselling relationship.

Employees contact NDT themselves. Participation is voluntary.
